Refund Policy

Overview

iGenius Global Services provides creative and marketing services on a monthly subscription basis. Because our work involves time, creative effort and dedicated resources allocated to your brand from the start of each billing period, our refund policy reflects the nature of these services.

Our commitment: We don't hide behind a no-refund policy — we back our work with unlimited revisions. If a deliverable doesn't meet the brief, we revise it until it does. Our goal is always your satisfaction, not a transaction.

This policy applies to all subscription plans — Starter, Growth and Pro — on monthly, quarterly and yearly billing cycles.

No Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced. This applies to:

  • Current billing period — fees paid for the ongoing month, quarter or year are non-refundable regardless of how many requests have been submitted or completed
  • Unused requests — unused request slots within a billing period do not carry over and are not eligible for a refund or credit
  • Completed work — deliverables already created and delivered are non-refundable, subject to our unlimited revision policy
  • Prepaid periods — clients on quarterly or yearly plans who cancel mid-cycle are not entitled to a refund for the remaining prepaid period

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

Change of mind

Deciding you no longer need the service after subscribing does not entitle you to a refund

Unused subscription time

Not submitting requests during a billing period does not entitle you to a credit or refund

Dissatisfaction with style

Creative differences in style or preference are resolved through revisions, not refunds

Delays caused by client

Delays resulting from late briefs, missing assets or slow approvals are not grounds for a refund

Cancellation & Work Delivery

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prepaid billing period.

What happens to work in progress after cancellation:

  • We will continue working on active requests and deliver everything that can be reasonably completed within your remaining billing period
  • Work that requires more time than your remaining period allows will not be guaranteed for completion — iGenius is not liable for work that cannot be finished within the remaining time
  • Any work already completed and delivered remains yours in full, with all source files
  • We will not start new structural requests (websites, brand books, complex documents) if there is insufficient time remaining to complete them
Important: If you are mid-way through a structural project (e.g. website development, brand guidelines) and cancel before completion, iGenius will deliver whatever has been completed up to the end of the billing period. We are not liable for incomplete deliverables if the cancellation does not allow sufficient time to finish them. We recommend planning cancellations at the end of a project cycle.

To avoid work being cut short, we recommend submitting your cancellation request towards the end of your billing cycle — after your active requests are complete.

Pause Policy

You may pause your subscription at any time and resume when ready. The following conditions apply:

  • Billing continues during a pause — your billing cycle runs as normal regardless of whether the subscription is active or paused
  • No refunds for time paused — unused days during a pause period are not eligible for a refund, credit or rollover
  • Work in progress at the time of pausing will be completed and delivered before the pause takes effect
  • Resume anytime — when you resume, your plan continues from the next billing cycle
Think of it this way: Pausing holds your spot on the team. Your dedicated team remains allocated to your account — billing reflects that reserved capacity, not just active delivery.

Exceptions

While our general policy is non-refundable, we consider refunds or service credits in the following exceptional circumstances — entirely at iGenius's sole discretion:

Service failure by iGenius

If iGenius fails to deliver any work within a billing period due to reasons entirely within our control

Duplicate billing

If you are charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error

Incorrect charge

If you are charged a different amount than the plan price agreed at the time of subscription

Service discontinued

If iGenius discontinues a service entirely, a pro-rata refund for the unused period will be issued

To request a refund under any of the above exceptions, contact us within 7 days of the issue at team@igeniusglobal.in with details of your request. We will review and respond within 7 business days.

Disputes & Resolution

If you are unhappy with a deliverable, our first resolution is always unlimited revisions — we will rework the deliverable until it meets the agreed brief. This is our strongest commitment to client satisfaction.

If you believe a refund is warranted beyond the situations covered in Section 5, please contact us at team@igeniusglobal.in before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and directly.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting iGenius to resolve the issue may result in immediate suspension of services and all associated accounts. We take payment disputes seriously and will provide full documentation to payment processors if required.

All disputes are governed by the laws of India. Please refer to our Terms of Service for full details on dispute resolution and governing law.
