• Sample work requests — name, company, email, website URL, brief description and any files you upload (logo, brand assets etc.)
• Calendar bookings — name, email and any details you provide when booking a call via Calendly
• Client onboarding — business information, brand assets and project-related content shared during our working relationship
• Email communications — any information you share with us via email at team@igeniusglobal.in

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data — pages visited, time spent, browser type, device type and referring URL (collected via analytics tools)
• IP address — used to determine approximate location for analytics and security purposes

Third-party Tools & Services

We use the following third-party tools to operate our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data:

• Calendly — used for scheduling calls. When you book a meeting, Calendly collects your name and email. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.
• ClickUp — used as our project management and client portal. Client briefs, assets and communications are stored here. See ClickUp's Privacy Policy.
• Slack — used for internal team communication. We do not share client data in Slack unless required for project delivery. See Slack's Privacy Policy.
• Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive) — used for email, calls and file storage. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Meet — used for client calls. Google may process data in connection with video calls. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Drive — used for file sharing and storage. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics (planned) — we plan to use Google Analytics to understand website usage. This will collect anonymised usage data including page views, session duration and device type. We will update this policy and add a cookie consent mechanism before enabling Analytics.
• Email marketing platform (planned) — we plan to introduce email newsletters. When this is active, we will use a third-party platform and will only contact users who have explicitly opted in. This policy will be updated accordingly.

• Analytics data — anonymised and aggregated, retained for up to 26 months (Google Analytics default)
• Legal and financial records — retained as required by Indian law (typically 7 years)

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at team@igeniusglobal.in. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
